Meet Your Inspector

I’m Brian Burleson, the proprietor of Golden Eagle Home Inspection and your Certified Master Inspector®. Prior to establishing my home inspection business in 2013 as Gate City Home Inspections of Nashua, NH, I was a home improvement contractor with more than two decades of experience renovating and repairing homes, serving hundreds of satisfied clients in southern NH. I then decided to put all that experience to work for home buyers as a professional home inspector. 

Originally licensed in NH, I’ve been a full-time home inspector since 2013, after achieving certification from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®) in 2012 and completing NH licensing in early 2013. Infrared certification came in 2014, and I began using thermal imaging at every home inspection. I was awarded the Certified Master Inspector® (CMI) certification by the Master Inspector Certification Board in the fall of 2016, becoming the first Certified Master Inspector® in Nashua, NH. Gate City Home Inspections was rebranded to Golden Eagle in 2021.

After serving more than 3,000 clients in the southern NH market over ten years, I relocated to New Mexico in the summer of 2023 to be closer to family, and moved Golden Eagle Home Inspection to Roswell to serve Southeast New Mexico. I am never satisfied that an inspection is complete until I’m sure that all of my client’s questions and concerns about the home have been addressed and they’re comfortable that they understand all of the conditions found during the inspection.

CMI is the top certification awarded in the inspection industry – out of all the home inspectors serving southeast NM, only six are Certified Master Inspectors®.
