Payment Policy

Your fee, in the amount noted in your inspection agreement, is due upon the completion of the on-site inspection. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards on-site. If you will not be attending the inspection, we require that the fee be pre-paid (credit/debit card payments can be made on your individual client dashboard page after booking). No report will be delivered unless the fee is paid in full, so please be prepared to pay the fee on inspection day. We’re happy to accept personal checks, but please note that there is a $50.00 fee for returned checks in addition to any fee levied by your financial institution. If you’ll be paying in cash, please have the exact amount ready.
