A WDI (wood-destroying insect) inspection is available with every home inspection. The inspection identifies if there is any visible evidence of WDI’s in accessible areas of the home. Since we do this during the full home inspection, we check areas of the home not typically checked during a termite-only inspection. If you need a pest report (NPMA-33) for VA financing, one will be provided with your inspection report.

Note: due to the prevalence of termites in the region, we highly recommend that all homes follow an ongoing, preventive termite control program.
