A WDI (wood-destroying insect) inspection is available with every home inspection package for $85. The inspection identifies if there is any visible evidence of WDI’s in accessible areas of the home. Since we do this during the full home inspection, we check more areas of the home than are typically checked during a termite-only inspection. A pest report (NPMA-33) for your financing will be provided with your inspection report.

Note: due to the prevalence of termites in the region, we highly recommend that all homes follow an ongoing, preventive termite control program.
