Home Inspections
Our Certified Master Inspector® has more than 30 years of inspection and construction experience. He’ll inspect the home from top to bottom and provide a detailed, same-day report.
Sewer Scopes
Sewer pipe issues can be very expensive! We’ll access and inspect the home’s sewer lateral between the building and main/septic connection with a specialized sewer scope camera.
Mold Testing
We’ll collect samples of the home’s air and have our accredited lab analyze them for the presence and concentration of spores, with a report delivered 1-2 business days after collection.
WDI Inspections
Don’t allow your new home to be damaged by termites & other WDI’s (wood-destroying insects). A termite/WDI inspection is essential and is included with every full home inspection.
GET THE WHOLE PICTURE
We use thermal imaging at every home inspection.
Infrared cameras can uncover many issues that aren’t visible to the naked eye. For no additional charge, our Certified Master Inspector® uses thermal imaging throughout the home inspection, looking for conditions that are difficult or impossible to detect any other way, such as missing insulation or unsafe water temperature. You’ll see him using it elsewhere too!
