I cannot express how deeply thankful I was to have Brian at Golden Eagle Inspection do my home inspection. Along with being an extremely friendly and genuinely nice person, Brian went above and beyond my expectations with his knowledge about all things housing related. He really took the time to explain, in great detail, everything he was checking, why he was checking it, how to fix potential problems in the future and some historic information about old houses (the house he inspected was built in the 1860s). I cannot begin to describe how pleased we are with Brian's inspection. Not only was he incredibly thorough, he provided a superior report so that we could clearly make an informed decision on the property. He clearly explained his findings as he walked the property with my family. His expertise was noted not only by my brother-in-law (who does general contracting) but also my nephew who just graduated with his Master's degree in Construction Management. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector! Brian is everything you could hope for and more. Not only does he know his stuff but he also has a great personality and the patience of a school teacher. He was very thorough in his inspection and educated me along the way. There was a winter storm on the day of our inspection but Brian still arrived early. We finished up around 5pm (on the Friday night of Christmas weekend) and he still had the entire 32 page report done that night! He uncovered a plumbing back up that could have easily gone undetected if he hadn't been running all the plumbing as he did. It took almost 2 hours before the back up occurred. I thank him for his diligence in finding this costly repair need. His pricing was better than the competition and so were his ratings. I can see why he has 5 stars and am glad to add another 5 start rating to his profile. Thanks Brian!
Booked our home inspection with Brian. He was at the said property on time. Very professional guy and very knowledgeable. Really liked talking to him. He was very patient with all of my questions and answered all of them. I will say that he was thorough with his inspection and even explained us some things that can prevent damage to the property. This is the second time I have had Brian do an inspection for me. The first time I had a house inspected, I didn’t feel confident in the persons knowledge or them being thorough. Brian gave me none of those feeling when I used his services the first time about a month ago. I like him so much I had my realtor book him for the next home inspection I had to do. He was great. If he is the standard for Golden Eagle Home Inspections, then I have every intention in recommending them to anyone who asks. I will definitely employ their services again if I ever need it. Awesome.

I found Golden eagle on the internet while I was frantically looking for an inspector that could inspect the condo I wanted to buy in the 8 day timeframe I had left. We live out of state and I recently had Brian inspect a property we are trying to buy. He did a great job gave us a detailed report in less than 24 hours and took the time to talk to me on the phone so I could get the first-person perspective since I wasn’t in state. While on the phone I didn’t feel rushed off and he answered any and all questions I had and then some! Highly recommend!
Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't leave a stone unturned as he crawled and climbed throughout the building. He even took the time to teach best maintenance practices for items I'm less familiar with i.e. my stucco siding. One thing I wasn't prepared for was Brian asking me if I had any questions about the house that might be a concern. I should have planned ahead but as it turned out he explained everything I might have questioned after the inspection. Overall my experience with Brian and Golden Eagle was above expectation and I would highly recommend their services.

This was my first experience purchasing a new home. I spent many days searching google for a Home Inspector, which included reading lots of reviews. I was impressed with that I read about Golden Eagle and Brian as an inspector and ultimately hired him. Brian arrived well in advance of our appointment, explained everything along the way, went above and beyond in answering questions and helping me understand the process. I got the feeling that Brian genuinely cared that the home I was purchasing would be safe for me and my family. Being that this was my first time, I brought along my Aunt and Uncle who have moved close to 10 times and stated that Brian was the "best home inspector they've seen do work". This is the first time that my husband and I have ever purchased a home. When I googled for Home Inspectors, Golden Eagle was one of the first ones to come up. Even with testimonials and research you still never know how thorough someone will be. When Brian arrived at our new home he was knowledgeable and gave us the details on how the inspection would proceed. While he was conducting his inspection he would stop and explain what he was looking at and gave any positive or negative feedback. The process was incredible, he checked everywhere important and then some. I felt so comfortable knowing that he was there doing our inspection and would help to protect us as the buyer and our future investment. Buying a home is stressful, but working with Golden Eagle Home Inspections is anything but. We did an initial home inspection and Brian was friendly and thorough. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers so we didn't know what to expect - Brian answered any questions we had, put in the time to explain what he was doing, the things that seemed off, and how to fix them. About a week after the inspection we found out that a particular test was required by our lenders to get our loan approved. Brian is awesome. He made the home inspection process easy and enjoyable while providing detailed comments throughout the entire inspection. He took his time, was happy to answer additional questions, and was east to get along with. This guy even flew a drone over the house to get high quality images of all the nooks and crannies up on the roof! He definitely went above and beyond. Exceptional service at very affordable prices.
I did my home inspection with Brian. He was very thorough and nice. Later after closing, I asked him some questions about an air circulation system, he responded to my email right away and came again, helped me figure it out. He also did some window repair work for me. I really appreciated his help and wanted to buy him a cup of coffee, but he said "this is part of the service I provide, you already paid for it." He is by far the best inspector you can find and a very nice man. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection!

We hired Brian for our home inspection in Nashua. He was very responsive while scheduling the inspection and arrived early the day of the inspection. Brian took his time pointing things out and repeating things so I could take proper notes. He was open to me asking questions as he went about his business. I think he also went above and beyond when I would ask for his advice on fixing/updating things, especially in the attic. Brian took extra time in the attic, pointing out areas of interest for current and future considerations/improvements. It was very much appreciated as a first time home buyer. His report arrived the evening of the inspection day and was thorough, including pictures and notes. I would happily recommend Brian for a home inspection.

Brian did our inspection very thoroughly and explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. He took his time and was patient with us even though we had out 11 month old. He is very reasonably priced and they even have a military discount! If I had to do another home inspection, there's no doubt I would call him again. He sent the report the same day and that was great. I will definitely recommend to friends!

Brian was right on top of it prior to our inspection he set up a Radon test. I met with Brian yesterday he is both professional and very thorough. I didn't want to bother him as he was doing the inspection, but he included me he showed me everything that was wrong with the home and told be he would make recommendations in a detailed report. Later that evening he had a full detailed report of both the Radon test and the home inspection. Both reports were precise and easy to read.
